  3. 2025 BIG Breakfast
  • 2025 BIG Breakfast logo
  • Now in its 7th year, the BIG Breakfast continues to celebrate the transformative power of mentoring through dynamic conversations with regional business icons. This signature event fuels our mission to ignite the potential of every young person while offering a premier platform for professionals to connect, engage, and inspire.

This year’s program shines a spotlight on HOMETOWN HEROES — trailblazing leaders from beloved Hometown Favorite Brands that started right here in Cincinnati, just like Big Brothers Big Sisters, which launched in 1903 and sparked a movement spanning over 250 agencies across the U.S. and Canada.

    2025 Panelists Include:
Dick Williams – CEO of Skyline Chili
Mike LaRosa – CEO of LaRosa's Pizzeria
Dean Gregory – Vice President of Montgomery Inn

Each will share personal and professional journeys that reflect the deep values, entrepreneurial grit, and community spirit that define our region.
We’re also proud to present the Big Impact Award for the second year—celebrating a remarkable Big/Little match whose relationship exemplifies the heart of our mission.

Past attendees called this event “the best for fostering meaningful conversations that drive real change.” You won’t want to miss this inspiring morning of storytelling, networking, and celebration of what makes our city — and our community — so powerful.

In Support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati
We create life-changing friendships by matching adult mentors with  at-risk Tri-State children in need of positive role models.  We partner with parents and guardians, volunteers and others in the community, and hold ourselves accountable for each child in our program. Statistics show these Little Brothers and Sisters have higher aspirations, greater confidence, do better in school and avoid risky behaviors.
