A Message From Katie Jones
My little sister, Mijaina, and I are approaching our 6 year Match-Anniversary this year. It has been incredible to see her grow from a shy 7 year old to a thoughtful, smart, independent (almost) 13 year old and I am looking forward to our continued journey.
The Big Brothers Big Sisters program was started here in Cincinnati and has since grown tremendously—changing the lives of young people in the Greater Cincinnati Area and now millions of children across the nation over the past 100 years. Every child this organization matches is given the opportunity at a life-changing friendship that brightens his or her future and is able to positively impact our community.
Since becoming a Big, I have had the opportunity to serve on the Young Professional Board over the past 4 years and get to know the remarkable leadership the organization is under here in the Tri-State.
